FedEx let you down

Order was shipped on time.
Once I received confirmation delivery email I change delivery to a collection point near me.
FedEx delivered items to wrong collection point not even in the same city.
Two weeks late i finally received my items.
On a positive note your customer service team did help with tracking them down and their eventual delivery.
