SHIPPING, DELIVERY, EXCHANGES

As of 1st Nov 202, DHaRCO launched a European HUB to ship orders to our EU community.

We're excited for the opportunity to be closer to you all.

For returns and exchanges you will now be able to ship anything back for exchange to one of our returns locations in the Netherlands, Switzerland or the UK.

SHIPPING - EUROPE

Shipping is FREE for orders over €80.

€15 charge for all other orders up to €80.

There are no additional costs, duties or taxes upon arrival in EUROPE.

Product prices are inclusive of VAT in Europe.

SHIPPING - UK

Shipping is FREE for orders over £72.

£13.35 charge for all other orders up to £72.

Duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer upon arrival to the UK.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROCESSING TIMES

Once you’ve completed your order online you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. We aim to have all orders processed within 2 business days. Timing may vary.

Orders will be processed during normal business hours Monday to Friday and shipped via our Netherlands Warehouse. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Shipment and delivery of orders is based on product availability, payment processing time and distribution centre processing time.

The time frames above are estimates only, and DHaRCO makes no guarantees nor accepts any liability for deliveries that occur outside these estimates.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although we endeavour to keep stock lists up to date, unavailable stock may be displayed online. In the case of an order being placed which is not available we will contact you to process a refund or to find a suitable alternative.

We want to ensure that you are satisfied and ready to ride with your DHaRCO purchase.

TERMS

You can exchange or refund full priced itemswithin 90 days of you receiving your orderSALE items can be exchanged not refunded.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and for arranging the return shipping for refunds or exchanges.

We have a returns hub where you can send back items in the Netherlands, Switzerland & United Kingdom.

Refunds or exchanges can only be issued if the item is returned in a saleable condition, ie: is unworn, undamaged, not dirty and with labels attached.

Refunds apply to full-priced items only and does not include discounted items or items included in promotions.

Please note, no refunds or exchanges are offered on underwear.

Discounted items can be exchanged not refunded.

Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges.

We recommend that you ship with a tracking number, to be able to follow the shipment - DHaRCO cannot be responsible for items delayed or lost in transit. Please keep your tracking number.

For Exchanges DHaRCO will pay to re-send a new item back to you. Product exchanges are subject to availability.

In the case that you have received a faulty item not fit for use, you will be fully refunded, including the postage costs. Or you may request a replacement item. DHaRCO will inspect the goods to determine the cause. Please note that faulty goods do not apply to items that have been damaged due to a crash or general use, wear and tear. Nor will items be considered faulty if the care instructions have not been followed. We will refund your reasonable postage costs incurred from returning an item if we determine the product is faulty.

PAYMENT, PRIVACY AND GIFT CARDS

All payments are processed and charged in EUR.

We accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX through our secure SHOPIFY payment gateway online.

For UK/European customers, we offer the option to pay in local currency through the Checkout button. This applies for EUR and GBP.

If you do not select an alternative currency, all payments will be charged in EUR.

All customers will be automatically added to our mailing list, from which you can unsubscribe at any time. Your details will not be passed onto any third parties for marketing purposes.

Your details are only passed to third parties, such as a courier company where necessary to make a purchase.

Your personal information will be protected by the password you have created. It is your responsibility to keep this password safe.

By consenting to DHaRCO’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.
