The Rheon back protector sits in a dedicated integrated pocket, disappearing under your jersey without the bulk or heat of traditional armour. Rheon technology stays soft and flexible while you're riding, then instantly stiffens on impact to absorb energy when it actually matters.

The bib itself is built for all-day comfort - soft elastic straps, high-airflow mesh construction, and a premium high density chamois for those days that turn into epics.

The system is modular, so the protector can be removed and swapped between bibs. Start with the full bib + protector kit, then add extra bibs separately if you want multiple bibs for multi-day rides or trips.

We designed the Enduro Bib and Bib Kit as a modular system to give riders more flexibility.

Think stage races, bike trips, or big riding weekends — when you want fresh bibs but don’t want to carry multiple protectors. With this system, you can run one Rheon back protector insert across multiple bibs, swapping it between them in seconds.

Start with the Bib + Protector Kit, then add extra Protector Ready Bibs if you want more bibs for multi-day rides.

The bib also works perfectly as a stand-alone mesh liner bib, so even on rides when you’re not running protection, you’ve still got one of the most comfortable bibs in your drawer.

Have worn my enduro bib the last 2 days ( I have 2 pairs ) so comfy and the wide straps don’t dig in, chamois is comfy as and as a added bonus it has a fly hole to let the little fella out…..THEY ARE THE BEST EVER

A perfect solution for protection and comdort

The bibs are very comfortable. It is nice to have a spine protector that doesn't shift while riding and isn't bulky.

The back protection you barely feel.

Perfect for the trails and even a gravel ride.

Almost perfect

The chamois pad is pretty big, and generally I’d say that whilst they are the right size they still run a tad loose for what is essentially a base layer.

That being said - back protection is awesome and aside from heat issues just disappears. Fly hole is genius for bibs too; cant deny that…

My go to MTB bibs now.

Mens Enduro Bib Kit - top s..t

To be honest, I bought the Men’s Enduro Bib Kit because of the five pockets, hoping to get rid of my hip pack on rides. The bib shorts have an excellent fit, the materials are top quality, and the chamois also does a great job. The pockets are perfectly positioned and well sized. Three out of the five pockets are large enough to fit a Samsung Ultra series phone, while still leaving room for the other essentials I carry on my rides. The back protector is comfortable, and I hope I’ll never have to find out how well it protects against injuries.

Chamois chafes

I rode it for a couple of days in Finale Ligure - great breathability (there were times I forgot I was wearing it). Quality is top-notch.
However, the chamois isn't comfortable for me, as it causes chafing where the leg meets the groin. This chamois is similar in size to my others, so I don't know why it chafes. TBH, I regret buying it.

Very comfortable and good peace of mind

I just went for my first ride in these and they were super comfortable. I could barely notice the back protector, I totally forgot it was there.

The protector itself is substantial, roughly an inch thick and the honeycomb Rheon is firm but pliable. It’s nice peace of mind against back injuries!

Comfortable with or without Rheon pad

These bib shorts are pretty comfortable. I wore them during the Cento (112 km) ride at Paris2Ancaster and they felt pretty good throughout a long day. I wore the Rheon pad during it and didn’t notice it at all. The sizing was maybe slightly looser than I am used to, but I think I might be in between sizes right now too.
