Regional Sales & Brand Manager Europe (German Speaking / DACH Region Focus)

Reports to: Head of Sales
Location: European Region

Role Purpose

The Regional Sales & Brand Manager is responsible for driving wholesale sales growth within their region and building DHaRCO’s brand presence in market.

This is a hands-on role focused on wholesale sales, retailer account management, and regional growth, alongside the planning and execution of events, activations, athlete and ambassador programs, partnerships, and community engagement.

A key part of the role is representing DHaRCO at regional events, races, demos, and activations—supporting customers, building community, showcasing the brand, and creating commercial opportunities.

Reporting into HQ in Sydney, this role is responsible for growing the region, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring DHaRCO has a strong local presence.

The ideal candidate is organised, commercially minded, has a get it done approach, is good with people and passionate about mountain biking and the riding community.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Account Management

  • Manage and grow wholesale sales within the assigned region
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts
  • Execute seasonal sales programs, product presentations, and order collection
  • Conduct product demonstrations and retailer training on DHaRCO apparel and protection products
  • Prepare and maintain sales tools and materials including order forms, sample lists, and product information
  • Use and understand the DHaRCO back office systems for your customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and support regional growth
  • Track sales performance, forecasting, and provide regular reporting to HQ
  • Maintain strong customer service and follow-through with retail partners

Events & Brand Activations

  • Plan and execute regional events, trade shows, demos, and community activations
  • Manage event logistics including equipment, transport, setup, staffing, and follow-up
  • Work with HQ marketing on event promotion and alignment where required
  • Ensure events are professionally executed and aligned with brand and commercial goals
  • Represent DHaRCO at events and engage directly with customers and the riding community

Athletes & Ambassador Program

  • Manage regional athlete and ambassador relationships
  • Coordinate onboarding, agreements, product allocation, and ongoing communication
  • Support athlete appearances, event participation, and activation opportunities
  • Coordinate content opportunities with athletes and ambassadors for use across marketing channels
  • Ensure athletes and ambassadors represent the brand professionally and positively

Community & Partnerships

  • Build relationships with local riding communities, clubs, coaches, event organisers, bike parks, and industry partners
  • Identify partnership opportunities that support brand awareness and commercial growth
  • Support grassroots riding initiatives and community engagement
  • Gather customer and market feedback and share insights with HQ

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in field sales and/or event coordination, preferably in the outdoor or sports industry.
  • Strong understanding of the mountain biking community and culture.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with strong project management abilities.
  • Proficient with Google Suite and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Events, or related field is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends.
