Rotorua played host to the first stop of the Crankworx series for 2025 and as always, the event brought together some of the world’s top riders for an action-packed weekend, filled with heart-pumping races, mind-blowing tricks, and stunning views of New Zealand’s iconic trails.
Tom listed and Shealen Reno put on a fearless and technical display in the Slopestyle, ultimately coming up short on final’s day but building excitement for what’s to come for the rest of the year.
Bailey Meares put pedal to the metal to podium in the dual slalom event.
Brook Macdonald ripped into the DH & Duel Slalom with the fans loving seeing the local legend getting stuck into the local trails.
The weekend was filled with competing and pushing limits, but what also stood out was the shared community vibes and the shared adventures that bring riders together from all corners of the world.
